Attorney Andrade is a dedicated and caring attorney who offers zealous and aggressive representation in court. Her practice is focused on criminal defense, special education law, all issues of divorce & family law, and personal injury law.
Attorney Andrade has the education and training to effectively represent clients faced with criminal charges, those looking to modify their child's IEP against the recommendation of their school system, or those clients faced with a divorce, child custody modification, or alimony needs.
Attorney Andrade has tried over seventy criminal jury trials in the district court. She has experience on preparing motions to suppress evidence, motions to suppress statements, and motions to dismiss criminal matters for lack of probable cause. While serving as an Assistant District Attorney she was the Domestic Violence Supervisor at the Salem District Court. Her experiences working with victims of domestic violence has taught her to bring empathy and compassion to her cases.
Attorney Andrade takes continuing legal education courses to stay current education law, criminal defense and family law/divorce. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, Women's Bar Association, the Boston Inn's of Courts, and the Boston Bar Association. Attorney Andrade volunteers as a Surrogate Special Education Parent, and with the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
