How We Work With Our Clients

Our Santa Barbara Office

At Andrade Law Offices, each client and each case is given full support and attention by our California personal injury attorney, Santa Barbara criminal defense lawyer, and staff. We provide the teamwork necessary to obtain the best possible outcome for all of our clients cases. It is not uncommon to have more than one attorney and a legal support team working on a single case. We guarantee exceptional client services.

Contact with Personal Injury and Criminal Clients

Typically, our first contact with a client is on the telephone where we obtain critical information to quickly assess the case. We value your time so, unless it is demanded, we don’t want to set an office appointment for a case we know we will not or cannot take. In most criminal and DUI cases, we can provide a fee quote and set an appointment right then.

For our personal injury clients, we can determine whether the case is one in which we are interested in pursuing. If it is not a case Andrade Law Offices will take, we are more than happy to provide a referral. If hired, we begin investigation immediately. Once the client retains our firm and our investigator has obtained the initial information, the case is assigned to one of the firm’s case managers.

We decide at all times during the course of the case what is in the best interest of the client for getting the best possible results. Our firm believes an educated, informed client gets the best results. Thus we spend a great deal of time making sure our clients understand what is going on in the case at all times. Our clients may request everything associated with their case at any time during their case and after the case is over.

Someone in our firm talks at least once a month to our clients to check on their well-being and make sure we are up-to-date on all treatment and recovery.

Our staff is educated on most cases and can provide updates as requested. Unless our attorneys are out of the office for trial, mediations, arbitrations or hearings, our attorneys always return all phone calls the same day.

We believe in developing and maintaining a personal and professional relationship with our clients. This does not mean that the relationship ends after the case is over. We maintain our relationships for life. Because of our intense attention to our clients, our clients and other attorneys refer many cases each year to our firm. A client referral is the highest compliment we can receive.

What to Expect When You Call Our Santa Barbara Office

Our attorneys are busy working on cases just like yours. All cases require strategy, concentration and scheduled action to ensure the best possible outcome.

Many people believe that when they call a law office, they will immediately speak to an attorney.  Ask yourself; if your attorney was available to answer the phone every time you called, wouldn’t you wonder how busy he/she was? When you call Andrade Law Offices, you will first speak with an intake professional who will obtain all information needed to either provide a quote on the spot or to review with the attorney to provide a quote to represent you and your case.  The purpose of the intake interview is to optimize time (yours and the attorney). We guarantee exceptional client service at Andrade Law Offices.
